Dependency ratio is ratio of the population 65 years of age to the population between 19 and 65 years of age. According to the literature, indexed values are calculated using the difference between the actual score and the minimum value acquired from the whole sample, as well as the difference between the total sample's maximum and minimum values. I was able to determine the dependence ratio, but not the indexed value of it. I'm not sure what the minimum and maximum values should be.
