Dear All,
I am trying to over-express a lncRNA, but its expression is almost similar to the control, assuming everything is fine like promoter, cloning, transfection etc., why it isn't overexpressing? If it is being regulated by any other means like microRNA or by a transcription factor how do we know it, I mean how to study lncRNA and others interaction studies like lncRNA-mirRNA/lncRNA-protein etc. Kindly suggest me to troubleshoot this problem or to put it forward.

Dear Sakha, thank you for the information. do you think is any other cause stopping it from being overexpressed or i should I be trying any other method.
