I'm working on plant cell cultures in heterotrophy. Some strains are difficult to cultivate in suspension as they form big aggregates. I'd like to reduce aggregates size to increase the homogeneity in the reactor. I tried different hormones ratios but it doesn't get better.
Do you have ideas? Comments?

Change surface tension of medium by adding some bio surfactants that may change the aggregation pattern.
