I am performing a stratle response test with mice to investigate malfuntions in prepulse inhibition. We are working with the TSE System and I had already to adjust the settings to "rats" with less sensitive sensor settings (728 instead of 7280) as my mice seem to have strong movements. But now we have mice with missing values during trial session. We use trigger settings from baseline with a mean of 5g. When I change that to 3, also the animals with missing values have a reaction (MaxG value) now. The MaxG values of the other animals do not change but the duration of the reaction is longer which seems quite logical to me.

But now I am wondering: Is this OKAY??? What would you do?
