Generally, amines extracted from plants can be added to the synthesized metal nanoparticles following green route, which may confer positive charge on NPs.
Thanks Mr. Pokhrel and Shakti for your answers. But the concern is that is it possible to isolate positive charged amines or proteins from plant leaf extract?
You can try using proteins whose isoelectric points are above 7 for stabilizing the nanoparticles. There are chances that when the protein binds to the metal surface its surface charge might change but still I think you can give a chance.
