It is very easy to specify simple kinetic models, but LHHW is not working for me. It seems that the column (radfrac) does not recognize the existence of this LHHW kinetic model, thus I am unable to set up a heterogeneous catalytic distillation column in aspen plus.
Perhaps an additional procedure, for example, in Fortran is needed to define additional function.

Aspen can easily handle complex LHHW based kinetics. and if not, then as Mirosław Grzesik suggested, a modified user fortran user subroutine will solve your problem.
If you have never worked with those subroutines, I can share some files that can help you to setup a code for your problem.

I think an additional fortran subroutine should be used because the LHHW kinetic was specified and it can be used with e.g. a PBR (B3), but It has been impossible for me to use the LHHW with the column (B1). I have never worked with these subroutines, thus those files would be very appreciated.

One way you can do is that created the kinetic equations by using FORTRAN and linked with Radfrac modul in Aspen Plus.
