I'm facing the meshing issues even though I have remodeled it from complex to much simpler form of the model. Can anyone guide me on how I can overcome the problems as shown in the image given below in ANSYS APDL?
If your model is simple please refine the mesh. If the model is complex discrete the model and then glue them.
hi..plz increase the mesh size (manually)or beter model this in anysys workbench and generate mesh it will automatically mesh it to fine size possible without errors.
your model have small parts that makes it hard to meshing. don't model it just by one volume. increase the number of volumes. make your model by discrete volumes; and then glue them.

Sir hassan sayed hedia, I have tried to glue my model.But it comes out with this kind of error, what should I do? I'm very new with Ansys APDL.
Try to find the element or elements at the region of the error. Then try to change the geometry of this region without change in the entire model. This will change the shape of element and it will solve problem.

I have remodeled it into several parts of the volume.But Im facing some difficulties and errors in a way to glue them as shown in the picture above.Is there any recommended way to solve it?I could not find any kind tutorials regarding to glue/merging the model.
parts are in keypoints u have convert into nodes after go to globel mesh line attrib menttion 20:1 and mesh it . if the error comes again check the keypoints
I have a suggestion for you. first that follow the picture and then use ESIZE command for meshing. this command generates smooth mesh.
