hello every one
i want to create zero thickness cohesive element IN ABAQUS by using orphan mesh technique from the existing part,,,
when i do that an error occur which say
"The node numbering might not be correct for element 5552 instance lower-1"
any one have an idea idea how to remove this error...
i would be glade if some one could help me

If you want to simulate the zero thickness in your model, you can use plane stress analysis
