What are the ways to perform co-culture on scaffold?

You can tag the two different cell types with two different dyes, several fluorescent dyes are available that are passed on to daughter cells. CellTrace™ Violet Cell Proliferation Kit Catalog no. C34557. Molecular probes.

Or use cell-specific markers for viable cells.

Coculture question - what cells are you coculturing ? what are your scaffolds made off ?
