I am working with PanKRT antibody for immunofluorescent labelling of the pancreatic tumors. I have done several tests of this antibody on cryostat sections  but it hasn't worked yet. In fact, I did perfused the pancreas, fixed overnight in PFA 4 % and put it in the sucrose 30 % and embedded in OCT before cutting. I also tried pre-treating the pancreatic tumor sections with proteinase K before appyling the antibodies but it was not better , while other antibodies still worked very well. I am wondering that whether this antibody only works on the paraffin-sections, acetone-sections? 

Does anynone have experiences in working with this antibody to share me?
