Sometimes, I have a problem when I respond to reprint requests for my papers.

If during the process of responding, I touch something wrong (not the right button), then the request gets lost. In other words, I do not see it any longer and I cannot redo the action.

I hope the problem is clear...

Put in other terms, I still have a record of the responses I have received from other colleagues but, if I make any error in responding, the record with their request gets lost and I cannot get back to it...
