How do I find the capacitive current in the forward scan of the electrodes from cyclic volametry ?

In order to investigate the change in trap states and reveal the change in Voc of a dye-sensitized solar cell, cyclic voltammetry can be performed on a TiO2 electrode. For that, I performed cyclic voltammetry on the photoanode of a DSSC. I want to plot the graph of E vs. Ferrocene to find the onset voltage. Some papers have mentioned that onset voltage can be found the CV graph, but I have no clear idea. Can I use alternatives to Ferrocene?
