Necessary boundary conditions at the interface of stiffener and plate?
Loadings are in plane compression, in plane shear and out of plane loading.Does the boundary condition change on account of different loadings e.g Is simple support for compressive loading different than simple support of shear loading .

The simple support boundary conditions has many configurations regarding the six DOF (3-transitional and 3-rotational about x, y and z axes). It depends on the problem that under modelling and you can not change it regarding to the loading type, but in case you want to check which DOF should be constraint for providing the best structural stiffness for different exerted loads, yes you can.
