I have a parameter values of solar cell and I want to measure the solar cell's temperature changing with thermograpy camera. If I measure with this camera, I need to know the solar cell's leakage resistance. I can get this leakage resistance from parameter values by calculating. But I don't know the equation. Adding to the colleagues above, the one diode parameters of a solar cell is Isc, Rs and Rp, the reverse saturation current IS and the ideality factor. It is the five parameter model. One can plot the I-V curve and determine the FF and the open circuit voltage Voc. Then knowing the input insolation power one can determine optical conversion efficiency.
If you are given only the stayed parameters in you question, then you can not get the Rp the shunt resistance or the leakage resistance.
It is advisable to measure it directly by reverse biasing the solar cell and measure its dark current this will be = Rp or if you have an illuminated I-V you can calculate from the relation Rp= 1/slope of the I-V curve at the zero voltage.

I would measure the dark current. Under reverse bias condition, the ideal current in darkness is equal to zero. The leakage resistance is the value of a parallel resistance to the diode. If you shut down the diode, the diode leaks and you have the current.

the leakage resistance - commonly also called shunt resistance - would be the resistance you would measure under short-circuit conditions. Naturally, under short-circuit conditions, the voltage is zero and the resistance is not simply accessible via the linear Ohm Law V = R*J.

). In particular, you have to calculate the first differential of the J-V-curve with the help of some software (MatLab, Origin, Python, etc.). Usually, these plots can be quite noisy, so some smoothing would be advised. In this R_diff - V- plot, at V = 0, R_diff = R_shunt. Now, this works in the dark or also under illumination. But if you really want to get the shunt/leakage resistance, you would have to take the dark J-V-curve, as under illumination you have other mechanisms that influence R_diff.
