How do I calculate the Rleak (Leakage resistance) from solar cell parameter (Jsc, Voc, F.F, Eff.)?

I have a parameter values of solar cell and I want to measure the solar cell's temperature changing with thermograpy camera. If I measure with this camera, I need to know the solar cell's leakage...
