The case is semiconductor electrodes immersed in 1M NaOH. The fermi level of the SC-electrode was more positive than O2/H2O electrochemical potential in some samples and less positive in other samples, all SC-electrodes are p-type.

I think there are competitation between OER and degredation of the semiconductor itself, where the degredation reaction is responsible to the diffusion impedanse.It is expected the OER is not under diffusion control due to low current density < 6 mAcm-2.

I still don't sure the behavior about (10 Hz with 45>45)

Would anyone please share their experience with this situation?
