Rejection of a submitted publication is not good news, particularly for junior researchers such as PhD students. The worst is when you receive two rejections in a week. How did you handle such situations? What advice would you like to share if you have similar experience?
It is just part of the publishing process. Look at the comments and revise as you feel appropriate. Then submit to another journal or resubmit to your original choice.

Feedback from editors and reviewers provides insight that I can use to improve manuscripts. Afterward, I can submit them to other journals with the improvements included within the content. So, for me, I view rejection positively since I can use the feedback to improve the manuscript.

I used to feel dejected when I was young. Now I take it calmly. As said by Daniel I try to improve the manuscript and submit it to another suitable journal for publication.
I have heard about this tongue-in-cheek rule saying that if you do not get rejected from the first journal, then you are not submitting to good enough journals.

Just look to the reviewers comments (if any) and try to consider it before 2nd submission, chose the journal carefully and submit again to other journal.
Papers is like a product, some journals won't buy your product but some would.
so , if you want you may amend whatever comments you think are relevant and submit to another journal. Never submit to the same journal again. Good luck
Look at the reasons, was it a solid paper and the wrong journal or does the paper need revision. From each submission, learn, improve.
