Hello everyone,

I wrote a manuscript during the last week of March and the first of April. I sent it to health

authorities of Québec and Canada.

This 40 pages document was made to try to sum up the informations about the physiopathological mechanisms used by the SARS-CoV2 to cause the complications observed in general.

I tried to predict which drugs would be helpful, looking at their action's mechanism.

During the first week of April, I was convinced that ACEI, Vitamin D and estrogen would be beneficial and that chloroquine would be more dangerous than helpful. About antiviral, my hypothesis was that, the way it is used, it would not be effective or not significantly.

Up to now, most RCT and case-control studies seems to confirm my hypothesis.

I would appreciate to have your opinion, critics and/or advice on my manuscript.
