I 'm doing analysis on solid objects in Ansys workbench. I need to find the result for particular named nodes. I have crated a group of nodes where I need to find result using named selection, but am facing difficulty in getting a result for named selection. What is the right pathway for this? If any alternative process is there let me Know...thank uavailable, please let me know.
A simple method would be to use the ANSYS Main Menu
Go to "TimeHist PostPro" and select the type of result you need.
Then you'll have to select a node to get the time history of your desired result (e.g X-value of stress).
Try *vget Or *get commands

In post-processing, after selecting the result using *set command

Using cmsel command. Or nsel,s,
