how to find out if a enzyme is a allosteric enzyme and find out sites for substrate binding

Hi there,

Trace V0=f([S]0), if sigmoidal, the enzyme is allosteric. The presence of an allosteric effector in the enzyme assay is modifying the shape of the curve then you can identify them using the enzyme assay. Generally, effectors are final products of the metabolic pathway where the allosteric enzyme is engaged....
