How can we check that arsenic metal ion (exposed to isolated tissues) don't interfere with the other enzyme present in the kits?

I have given in vitro exposure to aorta and then SOD activity was measured. This SOD kit also contained xanthine oxidase (XO) enzyme, so whether arsenic has inhibited SOD or XO needs to be checked.
