I'm running a linear-static analysis to study the progressive collapse of a concrete structure. I'm using SAP2000 for this purpose. After I proceeding with the analysis result, is there any option in software to show the DCR values for different elements/connections of the structure? Or shall I do it manually?
*DCR is the demand/capacity ratio, which is QUD/QCE (resulting actions/expected strength)
I think that this feature is not available in SAP2000.

Regarding the manual calculation of an RC column DCR for axial loads, we basically get the axial demand from the linear elastic analysis of the software(SAP2000 in my case) and compare it with the capacity of the section. What would be the axial capacity here? Would it be φPn (if I'm using ACI318)?
The same goes for RC Beams for Shear and Moment, would it be φVn & φMn ?

Dear Iman, the section designer does not provide such information, as far as I know. But you may simply calculate the manually (Using the equations for Mn, Vn, Pn snd multiply by the strength reduction factor Phi).
you should analyse the structure and calculate maximum force in element. then, you should calculate capacity of cross section element.
