I want to plot the results of my qPCR in a way similar to shown in the picture since there is lot of inherent biological variation. Could anyone please let me know which tool/program was used to prepare this kind of graphs.

it is very difficult to know exactly in which software the graph is prepared. My two guesses are either in R or with GraphPad Prism.
