When designing hydrogel filler-organic resin coating materials, how can the compatibility between the filler and the matrix be improved, and how can the optimal filler loading be explored?

Dear Lei Zhang, you didn't specified the nature of the filler (organic or inorganic/mineral). Here generally we don't talk about compatibility, rather good distribution of the filler and intimate interface polymer/filler contact. The optimum loading is the one giving the best targeted properties. My Regards
