A lot of papers are written by several researchers.
That means that everyone have its own contribution or what?
Or did everyone write a part of the paper?
In another way my precise question is : a co-author is any researcher helped me achieve my work or is researcher that worked effectively (material preparation, simulations, result analysis, edition, ...)?

To add to Alla Baksh Mohd Ayub Khan's insightful answer, and in particular to the point between authorship and acknowledgment, I would like to remind that authorship also entails responsibility along with the credit, whereas being acknowledged does not. That is, in principle all authors have an academic responsibility of everything that is claimed in the work. Therefore, authors should always be critical of both their own as well as their co-author's claims during the preparation of the work. This is also one reason why no one should ever be given authorship without their consent.
People who are not prepared to be responsible for the content of the work should not accept authorship of the work, even if they contributed toward the work; these kind of circumstances could apply to, e.g., lab technicians. Instead, they can be acknowledged for their contribution. Acknowledgment, of course, does not transfer any kind of responsibility to the acknowledged.
It is not only about the preparation of the manuscript, but the contributions of each co-author may take several forms other than the writing process. For example, sharing ideas, algorithms, methodologies, approaches, equipment ... etc.
Sharing by 10 contributors in a research paper does not sound good as it doubts on one's contribution though it may do little. 3 to 4 is seems good contribution.
There are some publications in scientific journals that have dozens. hundreds, or even thousands of authors. See this article:

But for someone who is one of 5,000 authors, I do not think that this publication will be very valuable for promotion and tenure, except maybe for the first and corresponding authors,
