You can use tecplot to plot streamlines with axis turned on. It provides better controls for streamlines. You can use mouse option to plot the streamlines in particular region. Then you can measure the lengths and angles.

I agree with Prof. Mahabat Khan. You can use Tecplot to plot the streamlines and then you can use the probe tool to obtain the coordinates of the vortex center. Likewise, you can also measure the recirculation length.
