How can i use medcalc software to calculate sensitivity , specificity , ppv, npv of Combinations of 2 markers ?

Hello everyone, I hope all is well, I want to calculate the sensitivity of combined marker together to know if combination between them can be used to better predict the disease. here is a pic of what I want to do

I don't know how specifically this is done in Medcalc, but what you need to do is to specify first your method of combination of these two markers (the combination rule(s)). According to that rule you need to calculate combined test results (like Diseased or Not) into a new column in your dataset. Then you can calculate Sens, Spes etc by crosstabulating this new line and the results of your gold standard.
