I hope all is well
I want to know what is wrong with my experiment as DNA was extracted and after digestion by restriction enzyme it gives a very faint bands and also I want to know if this picture is go enough to extract result from it and use it in publication or I should digest the DNA again.
Finally I want to know how can I improve the digistion process by restriction enzyme as there are still some samples that aren't digested?

It is not just about repeating the procedure, you have to determine the cause first. Had you checked your DNA quantity and quality before working?
If this was fine, you may need to check your PCR programme (esp. time and annealing temperature).
