Freeze-drying (Lyophilization)

Beside lyophilization, you can concentrate protein solution by binding with resin base.

Concentrate on lyophilization method.

I assume that the matrix will be pretty heavy in your case so I would suggest that you purify the protein in the first step (dialysis, chromatography, precipitation, ultrafiltration or other) and only then should you lyophilize the sample to obtain pure protein.

thanks for your responses. but definitely I dont want polymer rehydration with blood.. this polymer will be in contact with blood
