How can I set to thin film on the substrate in ZEMAX?

My research is about 3D-printing add nanoparticles attach to copper. So I'm trying to use ZEMAX to calculate absorption, someone knows how to set the thin film on ZEMAX? Have any suggestions or websites for reference?
