I am using SPE Plexa pax to capture Cyanuric acid using HPLC/UV detection, however, the mobile phase that i am using is 90%ACN:10Ammonium formate pH 4.0 to capture protonated CYA.
the issue that i faced, when running the fractions, all the fractions give the same peak and this peak probably belong to solvents, i did evaporate the fractions and reconstituted them in mobile phase, but still the same issue i got the same peak at same retention time, i think the cyauric acid is under neath my question
how can i separate Cyanuric acid peak from mobile phase peak.
there is an application note about using plexa pax to capture cyanuric acid but using LC-MS not HPLC.
Is there any recommendation or idea to give, i will be really grateful to you
