I have printed a microfluidic chip using HTL Resin, designed with open surfaces on both the bottom and top, for use in Synchrotron SAXS experiments. I need to seal the channels with X-ray compatible foils such as glass or Kapton. However, when I use two-component epoxy glue, it tends to flow into the channels and block them.
Does anyone have recommendations for sealing these channels effectively without causing blockages?
