I have done the 3D deep drawing process simulation in Abaqus software.I modelled and applied boundary conditions. When I try to submit the file for analysis, I have received the error message. I have attached the image file of error message.I tried to solve the error but couldn't able to find the answer.If anyone have idea to solve the error ,please reply me.
I think you did not seperatre the region, i.e. use a same element in contect region.
And careful substep, time, and increment.

The error says that some of your defined surfaces are coincident. Just check your assembly.
It seems the elements are distorting excessively. I'm assuming you might have tried mesh refinement. If you have already checked it then please check the loading rate? You can reduce the rate of loading and check whether it's creating any issue.
How you are applying load on the die? Using displacement, velocity, acceleration or force? I'm assuming it's velocity. If so please reduce the velocity to reduce the rate of loading. If you are applying force or displacement, use smooth amplitude. Since by default, Abaqus applied the entire load instantly. So to avoid element distortion issues, Smooth amplitude option is the suggested practice for explicit simulations. I'm assuming you know how to create smooth step amplitude. (it's similar to tabular amplitude)
If the above things are not working you may have to use mass scaling approach.
