I am currently build a RVE model with 2 different isotropic material. Now I want to figure out the longitudinal and transverse modulus of the composite. I am struggling to find out the compliance matrix of the composite to calculate the modulus.
How could I read the 6x6 compliance matrix? any other alternative method to calculate the modulus instead of obtaining the compliance matrix?

You cannot have access to the compliance matrix in ANSYS nor ABAQUS. However, you can write a script to read your results and determine the compliance/stiffness matrix based on applied strain.
You need to define six load steps, three uniaxial loadings and three shear loadings to get all the 9 engineering constants for an orthotropic material.
