thank you for your respond Theocharis Konstantinidis,
I get through the protocol where researchers labeled the DNA and an enzymes such as NE,MPO or histones and look under microscope.
But quantifying NET by looking under microscope is not that accurate.
So I am trying to find a way I can quantify or find the concentration of NET.
there are two ways I thought of doing that is by labeling NE and adding its substrate and find it absorbance at certain emission and excitation nm. I am still getting negative result on this part.
The other method I thought is to label DNA and find its absorbance but at this point I am afraid of also measuring the DNA released from apoptosis cell.
That's the reason I am trying to find a way to quantify or find a concentration of DNA released from apoptosis and DNA released from NET??
You can find a method for measuring NETs by an ELISA-type assay in Caudrillier A, Kessenbrock K, Gilliss BM, Nguyen JX, Marques MB, Monestier M, Toy P, Werb Z, Looney MR.
