How can I prevent TMB from turning yellow?

I am working on cerium oxide and after adding TMB, the color of the solution changes to green and then yellow after a few minutes. How can I prevent this process? I want the color of the solution to remain blue.

I have reduced the concentrations but I still have this problem.
