How can I prevent Ngn2 neuron-astrocyte co-cultures from peel off the coverslip?

Hello everyone,

I've been co-culturing hiPSC-derived Ngn2 neurons with human fetal astrocytes, and at the time of grabbing the coverslip from the plate (24 wp) the cells peel off the coverslip.

I plate the cells on top of 2X Matrigel to ensure attachment, but it seems that either that concentration of Matrigel is not enough, or when I brake the connections between the cells in the coverslip and the cells in the bottom of the well they deattach... Have anyone experienced this issue and have any idea of how to solve it?
