I used freeze dryer for drying and reaching to a powder of chitosan nanoparticles. After finishing the process of freeze drying, when the nanoparticles contact with the air, they started to adsorption air humidity.
I tried to dry nanoparticles (after freeze drying) using the oven (60°c for 24h) but, the result was like the same.
Notice: I loaded an antibiotic into nanoparticles which is sensitive to high temperature.

Thank you for considering my question. If I want to store them, your recommend is fine. But I need to handle them for some downstream process and I can not do that in a vacuum desiccator.
Processing of any humidity sensitive material should be in a humidity controlled room.

FWIW, it's important to give all the information needed to answer your question in the original posting. It's not good to be 'moving the goalposts' by adding more information as the discussion progresses.
I believe the goal is to formulate stable nanoparticles that could withstand atmospheric humidity. I would suggest to coat the nanoparticles with hydrophobic polymers that controls the water absorption property. Ideally spin coating is the best way to achieve thin coating of the nanoparticles.
