Is there a way to publish a study directly? If someone presents a completely new idea is not always welcomed, so there has to be a way to present such ideas.
How can I present a study directly to the public without being hindered by red tape or to be under the mercy of "ignorant" reviewers?
Put together a working paper, add a copy to your institution's repository (to ensure the copyright) and then post a pdf online. It is not peer-reviewed but it will be discoverable on GS and may be cited. There are lots of well-cited working papers.
If you think your MS is really innovative and no one is publishing it, I will suggest you to go for little known journals. After publication Post it in RG and other suitable platforms
Dear Ramzi - There are a number of online platforms that cater to hosting a "pre-print" or “self-archive” of scientific publications. This would allow you to disseminate the content within the academic community and get a dedicated DOI link, while also protecting your copyright on the material in case you plan to publish later.
