You can either: (1) prepare 0.05M KH2PO4 and 0.05M K2HPO4, then mix/titrate to get the final pH of 8. (2) Use Henderson Hasselbalch equation to calculate the mole fractions of KH2PO4 (Y) and K2HPO4 (X), You have two unknowns X and Y but you also have two equations 0.8=log (X/Y) and X+Y = 0.05M.
