How can I overexpress microRNA without cloning into vector or maybe non viral vector?

Actually our lab has level 1 biosafety, so I can't use viral expression vector any idea will be appreciated.

Dear Mohsen,

you can also directly transfect a miRNA mimic, which will allow you to skip the pre-miR processing step. In this case, you can either use electroporation or lipofection.
