Dear all, I am looking for a database, or a web-based tool which takes the name of a disease (Alzheimer's disease, as an example)as the input, and retrieves all pathways related to Alzheimer's Disease as output and provides this list as an .xls or .txt, .csv format. Could you recommend a database, tool or package?
I used KEGG to obtain disease-associated pathways, but KEGG does not provide a list in the formats listed above, as I see.

KEGG has a REST API. So you can download the data as simple text files. It shouldn't be too difficult to read these files with Excel.
Dear Dazli, There is way to find disease associated pathways. So, you need to find significant genes for that disease and then you can use enrichR to identify disease associated pathways.
