How can I model ohmic contact between two metal junction in ANSYS?

If we have a conductor ( Al ) placed on a metallic strip ( Say copper ) - How we can define the contact resistance of the junction so formed in ANSYS Maxwell ?

For simple geometry, we can define a separate junction however for comlicated geometry, how this can be done ?
