Yes you can do that by using APDL or workbeanch method in ANSYS software.You can insert the properties of each material in composite separately, Also ,the arrangment and orintation  of these material inside the composite is not difficult. The results include the stresses and shear stresses behavior.

For conventional materials their property is already defined in Ansys Database but to model a composite material , we have to characterize its properties. The values obtained from characterization, you have feed the Material database as a user defined property

I know that there are many properties can be studied for this composite material, I hope I can find the most suitable property that can be recommended by the experts to be model properly.

Yes you can, but remember that the main problems here are the boundary conditions and exact properties. You should know how to introduce them.

I really do appreciate your recommendations, thank you dear Dr. Nizar, for knowledgeable  answer, as you know its much easier to use ansys workbench but unfortunately, I am using the version 14.5 where there is no ACP tool, using APDL is much confusing for me as beginner user.  I really do appreciate your hints dear Prof. Haydar.
