I want to be sure that I am on the right track. Is it ok to re-use the powder of any material such, ZnO-NPS, MgO...etc that has been irradiated by X-ray beam to produce a specific XRD pattern in other tests like FTIR, TEM, SEM, UV-VIS?. Will x-ray beam cause some atomic displacement in the lattice or other defects? How about the electrons interaction that may happen once the beam hit the powder?

Yes you can use the powder for other analysis ... because the x ray is a non destructive radiation

in case of high x-ray doses for example in polymers degradation of material (radiation damage) is known. PMMA is an example, which gets brownish and brittle. So its optical properties and structural properties can change.
Also for non-polymeres coloring of samples is known upon high x-ray dose exposure such as for example:

It is hard to find radiation damage information for special materials (if there are any at all for your samples); so in case of your sample(s) you should test your material with respect to radiation damage;
a) perform UV-VIS and IR spectrometry,
b) expose the same sample(s) to x-rays (conditions like in a like in a diffractometer or even much worse),
c) repeate UV-VIS and IR spectrometry
and compare result of c) to results of a)
So you can be really sure to be on the 'right' or 'wrong' track.

I will not shock you with my statement from above.
Let me repeate, that radiation damage will show up at high radiation doses.
So for example I have experienced that slight colouring of PMMA shows up after several days of exposure and slight cracks show up at several weeks of exposure with an 'high' power x-ray tube;
e.g. Tungsten anode, 30mA, 150 kV, ~2mmAl filtration, 0,5m distance will give about 2000Gy per day.
This dose rate is by far not comparable with that of an XRD set up.
But nevertheless, it should be a good excercise to show that XRD exposure has no impact onto the optical properties of your sample.
