There are several scales, which measure perceived risk. However, in your context, you might have to adapt the scale as per your study needs. You will find copious adaptable scales. For example, refer to Meuter, Bitner, Ostrom, & Brown (2005; for general perceived risk); for social perceived risk, refer to Son, Sadachar, Manchiraju, Fiore, & Niehm (2012)...so on.

I suggest you look up 'religiosity' scale used to measure Halal Purchase Intention ...compared to any element of halal purchase intention, religiosity would be closely associated with perceived risk
