I have radiant power(in Watts) data. I convert it in luminous flux( in lumen) by multiplying by 683 nm, as considering photopic vision only. Now I need the total output of the fixture in percentage. Is my previous way is right?

You have radiant power data without specification of wavelength, which I guess you got with a thermal power sensor. Proper way to covert the radiant power data to photometric data is to remeasure it using a spectroradiometer so that you obtain radiant power density at each wavelength, then integrate them over the visible wavelength region with coefficient function V_lambda and constant Km=683 lm/W. The table of V_lambda is given as y_bar as a funcyion of wavelength, which has the maximum value of unity at 555nm.
