I am trying to detect dopamine/norepinephrine in the mouse brain using fiber photometry, but my current isosbestic point for 465 nm is 405 nm with no control for 560 nm. I found out that for GRABda, there is a 440 nm isosbestic point (which can be potentially excited with the 465 nm range). Therefore I would like to kindly ask you what isosbestic points and excitation wavelengths (what LED lights respectively) you recommend with neurotransmitter sensors (GRABda, GRABne, dLight, nLight) in fiber photometry. Thank you very much.
