You may want to check into published papers to see whether this kind of construct (with multiple same gene-of-interest) will cause 'gene silencing' in the transgenic plants. People already know that when multiple copies of transgenes are integrated into the same locus during transformation can cause gene silencing, especially those copies are arranged in opposite direction.
