I want to make 1.6 and 2 micrograms per 20 microliters of capsaicin. I did it with 80 and 100 microgram Capsaicin respectively in 1ml DPBS solution. But it is difficult to measure 80 or 100 micrograms. So a stock solution is needed. How can I make it easily from the stock solution?

- 16 mg/ 10 ml
-32 mg/20 ml
So make stock solution 32 mg in 20 ml
Working solution: Take 1ul and mix with 20 ul solution for one mice
For 10 mice- take 10 ul and mix with 200 ul or 20ul mix with 400 ul
Finally, take 20 ul and inject each mouse.
Similarly, 2ug/ul
- 2mg/ml
- 20mg/10ml
- 40 mg/20 ml
So make stock solution 40 mg in 20 ml
Working solution: Take 1ul and mix with 20 ul solution for one mice
For 10 mice- take 10 ul and mix with 200 ul or 20ul mix with 400 ul
Finally, take 20 ul and inject each mouse.
